Why TERA, Inc.?

Environmental due diligence in New Jersey has changed since the introduction of the Licensed Site Remediation Program (LSRP). Many contracts now specify that an LSRP cannot perform the environmental due diligence required prior to qualify for the innocent landowner defense. TERA specializes in environmental due diligence and has elected not to enter the LSRP program. We will recommend and conduct and additional testing that may be necessary to provide a thorough review that is complies with the USEPA All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) requirements.

What We Do

For each assignment, TERA assembles only the personnel and equipment required to complete that project successfully, on-time and on-budget. Through the extensive experience of its principals and associates, TERA provides clients with expertise in the following areas:

  • Property Transfers Issues (ISRA, Phase I & II’s)
  • Underground storage tank removal, investigation and replacement
  • Land Use Permitting (Wetlands, Stream Encroachment)
  • Vapor Intrusion Investigations
  • Asbestos, Radon and Lead-Paint testing
